- Developed AWS Marketplace (ISV sales) business plan in 2024, illustrating ROI against requested headcount. The resulting plan grew AWS Marketplace consumption 4x from $10.4M in 2023 to $46M in 2025
- Led AWS Space Days, a specialized global event series for aerospace and satellite customers, delivering 11 events in 2025 that saw 506 attendees and influencing $9.3M in ARR opportunities
- Leveraged $1.2M of AWS Partner Funding programs (MAP, POC, MDF) against 36 opportunities to accelerate $7.5M+ of partner-led migrations
- Led demand gen strategy in 2025 discovered 1,381 net-new customer contacts, booked 42 meetings, and generated 22 pipeline opportunities worth $1.3M ARR against a $45k investment
